What we ship
M1 · Agent Daily
One issue every weekday (Monday–Friday), 5–7 curated signals, 3–5 minutes to read.
Each signal = headline + 2-sentence summary + a bolded builder "so-what" + direct link to the source (vendor blog or paper—no hot-take threads).
Three regions—NA / EA / Cross-region—each split into LLMs / KOLs / Others. If a vendor ships nothing that day, you'll see "no updates today"—so the structure stays stable and you can tell at a glance who's moving.
M2 · Methodology
One long-form essay per month, 3k–6k Chinese characters (roughly 2k words in English). Three types:
- Closed-source NA vs. open-source EA — comparative deep dives (think "Manus vs Devin," "Qwen-Agent vs Claude Agent SDK")
- Builder-lens engineering teardowns (architecture, moats, failure modes, engineering trade-offs—drawing on both external products and my own automation work)
- Macro patterns across months (occasional; cross-month signals like "multiple labs converging on the same idea"; not on a fixed cadence, only when it's worth zooming out)
Major events, ad-hoc
For major model launches or industry-scale shifts, I send one email. Low frequency (fewer than 5 a year).
Subscribe
Subscribers get M2 long-form + major events ad-hoc.
You won't get M1 daily—daily emails tank open rates. M1 lives on the site / RSS / X (@muzh_io).
What muzh.io doesn't ship
- Consumer-style AI reviews ("is this agent any good?")
- Intros and explainers (what is an agent, what is RAG—the internet has plenty)
- Clickbait
- Prompt hacks / fringe tricks
Timeline
- August 1, 2026 · M1 weekday cadence (5×/week) goes live
- August 1, 2026 · First M2 essay
About the author
I'm an AI builder. I've previously built a full suite of enterprise-grade tools on top of AI coding agents; these days I focus on harness engineering and agent / agent tooling, and I keep a small stable of agents handling parts of my daily workflow.
