Acceptance

By accessing or using muzh.io (the "Site"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your guardian's consent.

muzh.io is operated by its publisher. The publisher will be incorporated as a legal entity in 2026; this notice will be updated when the entity is established. For all inquiries, contact official@muzh.io.

Definitions

"Site": all pages, content, and services under the muzh.io domain.

"We / Us / Our" or "the publisher": the operator of muzh.io.

"You / Your": the individual or entity accessing or using the Site.

"Content": articles, so-what commentary, research, illustrations, design, and any other material published on the Site.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to read and browse the Site.

You shall not:

Scrape, crawl, or download in ways that overload our servers

Reverse-engineer the Site's infrastructure or attempt to bypass technical protections

Perform bulk extraction for republication on another platform

Repeat violator policy: we reserve the right to terminate access for visitors who repeatedly violate this License.

Content on the Site is © muzh.io's publisher, with all rights reserved unless expressly noted. The trademarks "muzh" and "muzh.io" belong to the publisher. You shall not remove copyright or trademark notices, nor impersonate the Site.

Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

Misuse the Site (including DDoS, request flooding, injection attacks, etc.)

Conduct security probes, vulnerability scans, or unauthorized access attempts

Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Newsletter Subscription

Newsletter subscription is voluntary, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of every email. Subscription data flows through our processor (Buttondown) as described in the Privacy Policy. The Site is currently free; we do not operate a paid service.

No Warranty

The Site is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that:

The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or continuously available

The Site will meet your particular requirements

The Content is accurate, complete, or reliable

Any specific outcome will result from your use of the Site

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or (b) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim in court, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing us at official@muzh.io. We will respond within 30 days. Many disputes can be resolved at this stage without judicial proceedings.

Governing Law and Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Severability / Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and the publisher regarding your use of the Site, superseding all prior oral or written understandings.
